# VAULTS

You can protect your $KARROT by locking them in secure vaults. Once they have been locked, they will not need to be re-locked at the end of the minimum locking period.

The Full Protek Vault offers **complete protection** for your precious karrots and is not affected by debase. It has a deposit locking period of 4 days and partial withdrawals, with no relocks required.

Full protek will be able to protect your Karrots from the Rabbit attacks, and stake X > % of the total amount you have in the other vaults to make your Smol and Big claims safu. 

To incentive the use of the Full protek, users will be protekd from $RABBIT steal mechanism if they put 33% of their total tvl in the protocol (smol+big vault) in the Full protek vault. A min. amount will be also asked to not make exploitable this feature.

If the user is not protekd by the Full vault, 25% of the rewards claimed will be "stolen" each time.

Big and Smol Protek, only provide partial protection in the form of rewards. The rewards are 10 million $KARROT per block, with the Big Protek Vault earning you 9/10 of the rewards by staking $KARROT/ETH LP. The Smol Protek Vault earns you only 1/10 of the rewards, and both vaults have a locking period of 24 hours.

To be able to deposit your $KARROT in the Big protek vault, you will have to provide liquidity in equal amounts of ETH-$KARROT and deposit the LP tokens on it.

The debase also affects the $KARROT in the LP, which means that the Big protek is affected by the debase, **but only in half** (4.5% a day) since the ETH part of the LP doesn't debase.

Whenever you claim rewards/compound or re-deposit tokens in any vault, the lock timer will reset. (24h for Big and Smol vault, 4 days for full).
